Each model combines a fixed‑bowl spiral mixer with a hydraulic lifter, enabling fast, efficient, and hygienic dough discharge directly onto a table or into a hopper.
With dough capacities ranging from 120 kg to 250 kg, dual‑motor construction, two‑speed spiral mixing, bowl inversion, and optional reinforced (-R) configurations, the OT Line delivers exceptional performance for both soft and stiff doughs.
